Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Seafolly garment tags and hygiene stickers are firmly attached.

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
